Reserving your work equipment

You can reserve IT Hardware if you want to use your work equipemt at home. This is a service AfB offers in cooperation with your employers. Please note that a reservation is only possible if your employees has given prior approval and communicated the process actively to you.   

 

This is how it's done



1. Personal information

Enter your personal information and hardware data into the form below.

 

2. Reservation ticket

When finished click on "Send reservation“ and you will receive a reservation ticket by e-mail; print this ticket out and attach it to the back of your hardware before it gets picked up.

3. Offer

AfB non-profit GmbH will inspect the device upon receipt and send you a non-binding offer by e-mail that you can accept within four weeks.
