Daniel Büchle took over as CEO of AfB Germany from founder Paul Cvilak in 2024. A graduate in business administration, he has been a member of the management board since 2009 and has been actively involved in the development of the non-profit IT company since its foundation in 2004, where he is responsible for the areas of sustainability, partner management, production & logistics, finance, IT, controlling and marketing & PR.
Yvonne Cvilak
Managing Director
Yvonne Cvilak is responsible for HR, operational social work, integrated management systems and legal matters within the management team. Before joining AfB in 2013, the business administration graduate was an IT asset manager in the IT lifecycle sector in Switzerland. As a family entrepreneur, the daughter of AfB founder Paul Cvilak has made it her mission to lead the company in a diverse, innovative and agile way.
Mike Reif
Managing Director
Mike Reif has been a member of the management board of AfB gGmbH since 2024 and is responsible for purchasing and sales. His career at AfB began in 2022 as Global Manager Sales. Mike Reif has 30 years of sales experience in the IT industry. Before joining AfB, he was most recently employed by a medium-sized office logistics service provider. There he successfully developed an IT hardware portfolio and also introduced a climate-neutral range as a private label.
