Divisions of the Company
Driving is done Europe-wide, scheduling is done centrally: our truck drivers collect the IT hardware from our partners and deliver it to the nearest location.
At our locations in Ettlingen, Sömmerda and Essen we refurbish notebooks and personal computers. Our IT technicians check, repair and refine the hardware for the various sales channels.
Warehouse employees are responsible for the pick-up of hardware at our partner’s site, the subsequent items check and the appropriate storage of the IT hardware.
With competence and enthusiasm we win the loyalty of our customers. Do you appreciate direct contakt and do you set value on customer satisfaction?
The staff in the data deletion department is responsible for the certified deletion of data on the IT device. Data storage media that cannot be swiped clean will be taken out and destroyed.
Attached to the store is the technical customer service, which takes care of repairs and technical customer orders directly on site.
