At JOBLINGE, business, government and citizens work together to support young people with difficult starting conditions.
The goal: real job opportunities and sustainable integration into the labour market and society. By offering tailored qualifications, voluntary mentoring and support during vocational training, the initiative achieves far above-average success for the participants - over 70% of young people make the leap into working life.
The non-profit company, which operates at more than 30 locations, is primarily aimed at young people between 15 and 27 years of age who are looking to make the transition to the vocational training and labour market. With the help of a support network from business, government and civil society, the young adults are prepared for in-company training or permanent employment in a six-month programme.

AfB supports JOBLINGE with the necessary technical equipment, required for this preparatory program.
To make this permanent, we are continuously looking for conmpanies and public facilities, who donate or sell us their no longer needed IT-Hardware and mobile devices. With it they support JOBLINGE and therefore reduce the youth unemployment in germany. Of course their devices also run through our certificated process before handing them out.
